Gränsfors Bruks Wildlife Hatchet: This is a lovely thing - beautifully hand-made, and built for everyday use. It’s very small (yet usable) and doubles up as a hammer if I’m setting up camp. Essential for prepping firewood or limbing branches. Comes with a nice leather sheath, too.
